I send my most sincere condolences on Vinny's passing. Vinny was one of the first residents to greet me when I started working at VHU and I loved his daily visits to chat. He was such a sweet man and we will miss him dearly. I trust you will be comforted in knowing how much he was loved. I will be thinking of you all in the days to come.

Howie & I send our sincere and heartfelt condolences on the passing of Vinnie. Our prayers are with Aubrey, Mona and Cynthia along with their spouses and grandchildren and Gr. grandchild at this difficult time..
Vinnie & Bertha along with Art & Sharon VanVolsen and ourselves made up a fantastic 3 couple card group in Kippenheimweiler .
We played many a card games, and had to put a hat on the dealer as the night progressed in the Kippenheim Weiler PMQs. We sang to the moon on the deck. Steve Tucker, known for rowdy parties in the same PMQ block was blamed for that infamous night.
Vinnie's quick wit, like shaking hands with a Base Commander when he pointed his hand at Vinnie's gun on parade in Germany.,saying" Sir when someone holds our their hand in Germany you automatically shake it."
We will always carry fond memories of Vinnie and never forget how he made us laugh.
RIP Vinnie.

My dear sweet Uncle Vin. He will always be remembered by his dry humor. He always had a story to tell and a kind word. I have such great childhood memories of him and his family....love you all
