I hope that in sollice... that the words of her close friends , co-workers, and family members ... provide for you the evidence that she was loved and will be missed by all...

So sorry to hear this news, and my biggest condolences go out to the family during this time.
I never heard about this “happy hour” before meeting Kassia, and I didn’t know at the time that it would be exactly how kassia lived life everyday. Always a smile and a laugh to be shared. Cole being my best friend, asked if I could stay with them for a summer while I was going through my own hard times. Kassia didn’t hesitate for a second to welcome me into her home, she could cook up a mean pulled pork and You were never aloud leaving without seconds haha. She helped me get to and from work the entire summer and also made sure I had smokes and a packed lunch. I will forever cherish that summer I got to spend with her and Cole.
To Kass Daddy.

I met Kassia through work when she signed on for a contract with my department a few years back. I remember being instantly envious of her bold prescence and her ability to take charge of the, (well any) situation she faced (and there were many in that line of work). She was a quick study and learned how to manage the type of clientele we had with grace and empathy but what was striking was her ability to see thru their (often times) BS excuses which was something that took me much, much longer to learn and I had been working there for 14 years by then! She left promptly at break, lunch and quitting time regardless of what was happening and she left work, at work!!! There was nothing more important to Kassia then her time and family! Both came first over all else, that was clear! She was bold and beautiful!! She often talked about her son and family and her eyes lit up when she did. I didn't even really get to know her as she only worked with us for a stint, but her authenticity was clear from day 1. I wish I had got to know her better because I truly believe she was the type of person you would want in your corner!
I'm so sorry for your loss, Sweezey family ❤️

Reigh and Kyle. I was so sorry to hear that Kassia had passed away. She was my first friend when I moved to NB and have so many wonderful memories of growing up together (and getting in trouble together!) The Sweezey family will always hold a special place in my heart for welcoming me, supporting me, and loving me as a child into my adult years. Later in our lives, we moved along different paths however I cherish my friend "Ferne" and wish you both peace as you sit with your wonderful memories of this lovely person.
