Brian Wayne Ferris, beloved life partner of Linda Barbara (Larose) Hitchcock, passed away on April 19, 2024, in Fredericton, NB. Born on August 5, 1955, in Saint John, NB, Brian was the cherished son of Mabel (Spinney) Ferris and the late Lorne Ferris. For over 35 years, Brian dedicated himself as a Manager at Loblaws.

Brian loved camping at Sunset View Campground in Nackawic, New Brunswick, and Wickham Park in Melbourne, Florida. There, he delighted in games of disk golf, daily walks, card games, and his cherished 4 o'clock wine time. He was a wonderful grandfather to both his and Linda's 10 grandchildren.

Survived by his devoted partner Linda, Brian leaves behind his children, Joel Ferris (Janet) and Allison Ferris (Chris Topp), and their mother, Carol Milley; sister, June D'Entremont (Cleve); grandchildren, Alexander and Devyn Ferris.

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 1 to 2 PM, followed by a Funeral service at 2 PM officiated by Rev. Canon Keith Osborne. Brian will be laid to rest at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church Cemetery, Fredericton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.
