Crossman, Nellie June

Nellie June Crossman of Noonan, NB, wife of Jerry Crossman, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2024 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 10, 1963 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Carl (Manny) and Ruth (Hartley) Nowlan. In recent years, Nellie enjoyed camping and also maintaining her flowers outside of her home. She was dedicated to her family, especially her grandchildren, Brooke, Sierra and Jase, all of whom she spoiled.

Nellie is survived by children, Kristina Beddow, Daniel (Nikki) Crossman, Donald Beddow, Melissa Beddow, and step-daughter Mallory Kakakaway; grandchildren, Brooke Crossman, Sierra Clarke, and Jase Clarke; sisters Ada  and Alice; special niece Shelly Nowlan, and several nieces and nephews.  Friends who were like family, Lenny and Edna Mae Curtis (“Mom and Dad”). Predeceased by her brothers Donald (Bucky) and Freddy; sister Aletha.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Murdoch and Nurse Michelle in the Cardiac Care unit for taking such great care of Nellie and offering her comfort during her time spent there.
