Obituary of Beverley Eugene Storey

On Tuesday, January 16, 2024, Beverley Storey of Boiestown was united once again with his loving wife, Anne Marie following his sudden passing at the Dr Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton. Born on February 14, 1951 in Doaktown, NB, he was the son of the late Inez (Wellwood) Storey and Lloyd Storey. Bev loved his family so much, especially his grandchildren who were never far from his side; he was the best Papa Bevvy ever.

Bev is survived by his daughter, Allison Storey (Mike MacFarlane) of Boiestown; son, Brandon Storey of Boiestown; grandchildren,his pride and joys, his boy, Bryden (Madison), Michaela, Camden, Jase, Jaxson; sisters, Laura Storey (Nicky) and Linda Lyons (Bennett); several special nieces and nephews.

Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Annamae Walls; brothers, Stephen Storey, Dennis Storey, and  Lloyd (Junior) Storey.

For years he worked installing flooring, many of those years were with Ritchies Carpet Warehouse. In 2008, Bev received his double lung transplant in Toronto, which blessed everyone with 15 more years of his tormenting and love.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of York Funeral Home's Miramichi Valley Chapel. A very casual Celebration of Life will be held for both Bev and Anne Storey at the Boiestown Legion on Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 4-6pm.
