Obituary of Richard Mark Murray

MURRAY, RICHARD MARK

The passing of Richard "Rick" Mark Murray of Fredericton, NB, husband of Carol Lorraine (Morasch) Murray, occurred on December 17, 2023 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 4, 1960 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Sharron (Stafford) Armstrong and Ivan Douglas Murray. Rick worked most of his life as a roofer. He enjoyed fishing, playing chess, and Alpining. 

Richard is survived by son Michael Murray (Ashley) of Fredricton, daughter Natasha (Michael Drost) of Fredericton, daughter Shannon Coleman of Calgary, son Brent Lint of Fredericton; grandchildren Jessica, Colin, Samatha, Brandon, Kydon, Ryker, Mia, Hudson, Addison, and Desiree; siblings Michael (Joanne), Peter (Angela), and Cheryl; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
 

A Celebration of Life will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 6 to 8 PM.  In honor of his loving wife, remembrances may be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
