Obituary of Deborah Teresa Robertson
It is with great sadness that the family of Deborah Teresa Robertson announces her passing, on the evening of November 7 2023. Debby passed away peacefully at the Hospice House in Fredericton NB, following a fierce battle with cancer.
Debby will be greatly missed and remembered by her beloved partner, Peter Poskus; her children Adam Reggler (Melissa McCallum), Kayla Reggler (Matthew Hawkes), Orissa Kori Reggler, Karlie Robertson; as well as her stepchildren, Michel Poskus and Tania Poskus. Her siblings, James (Sue) Robertson, Cathie (Randy) Hoben, Richard (Debra) Robertson, Pamela (Dave) Miller, Brian Robertson (Susan Stout), and Brenda Robertson-Huntington (Kenneth Huntington). Her grandchildren, Riley Reggler, Lily Reggler, Kyle Reggler, Mia Drost, Alexa McCallum, Everly Samuel, Nathanial Hawkes, and Jaykub Robertson as well as many cherished nieces and nephews, valued friends, and loved ones.
She was predeceased by her parents, James Robertson and Lois Robertson (Whiting), her daughter, Orissa Megan Reggler, and her grand daughter, Ava Drost.
Debby was born on October 21, 1956 in Montreal QC, and moved to Fredericton NB with her family in 1991. During this time, she owned and operated a dog grooming business on the city’s north side for over 20 years. Debby was known for her commitment to her family and her passion for animals, especially her dogs. She loved everything about the Christmas season, decorating her home from top to bottom and famously wearing her jingle bells all year long.
She was brave. She was Strong. She is missed.
