Obituary of Glenna Smart

The passing of Helen “Glenna” Smart of Mount Hope, NB, wife of Colin Smart, occurred on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on October 27, 1946 in Mount Hope, NB, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Hazel (Sinnett) Whitlock. 

Glenna is survived by her sons, Colin "Butch" Smart and Michael Smart both of Mount Hope, NB; brothers, Irvine Whitlock (Jane) and Marvin Whitlock (Aline) both of Fredericton; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Donald and Carson Whitlock.

Although there will be no visitation, a graveside service will be held in the Penniac United Cemetery, at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
