Obituary of Wendy Morgan
The passing of Wendy Lee (Burke) Morgan of Fredericton, NB, wife of Tony Morgan, occurred on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on September 21, 1955 in Fredericton, NB she was the daughter of Maxine (Chase) Campbell and Walter (Lorna) Burke of Ludlow, NB.
In addition to her husband and parents, Wendy is survived by step-sons, Stephen (Melissa) and their children, Oliva, Emma and Adison and Troy Morgan and his son, Austin; brother, David (Sharon) Burke; nieces, Tara Lynn and Candace Burke all of Guelph, ON; step-sisters, Nancy (Scott) Frazee of Hanwell, NB, Fran (Geoff) Mawdsely of Fort Erie, ON, Diane (Pat) Burden of Ottawa, ON, Debra (Don) MacDonald of Washington, DC; step-brother, Rick (Lorna) of Sarnia, ON; father and mother-in-law, Ed and Helen Morgan; sisters-in-law, Diane, Judy-Lynn, Suzanne and Sonya; niece-in-law, Dennica; and all their children and family; Wendy’s favorite cat, Itty Bitty.
Wendy was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Perley and Olive Chase and paternal grandparents, Joseph and Carrie Burke.
Visitation will take place at Sunset Church on Monday, March 18, 2013 from 11 until 2 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm with Rev. Richard Bragdon officiating and Rev. Wayne Flowers assisting. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Fredericton SPCA or the New Brunswick Extra Mural Program. We are very thankful to for the gift from God for her extra 3 and a half years we had to enjoy with her and her peaceful passing with no pain or suffering. The family would also like to give special thanks to Dr. Debra Gowan, Dr. Brian MacKinnon and staff of 3 East and the may other Doctors in Fredericton and Halifax.
