Obituary of Roger Clyde Price

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roger Clyde Price of McLeod Hill, NB, husband of Rosa (Richard) Price, which occurred on Sunday, February 22, 2026 in the loving presence of his wife. Born on July 29, 1951 in Upper Hainesville, NB, he was a son of the late Aaron and Adelaide (Nason) Price.

Roger was a weatherman for 37 years of his working life from which he retired in 2011. His life interest was always with the weather but his heart was always with his family. He passed peacefully on one last walk in the beautiful weather with his wife.

We rest in the comforting knowledge that his eternal soul was saved by Christ the Lord at Calvary 2000 years ago. May his mark on this world be a testament to his dedication to the Lord and to his family.

In addition to his wife, Roger is survived by his children, Jason Price (Charity), Janice Horton (Chris) and Jonathan Price; grandchildren, Matthew Price and Jacob Horton; siblings, Carl Price, Flora Burtt, William Price and Peggie Gorman and many nieces and nephews

A private Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB with Rev. Peter Moore and Rev. Steven Teed officiating. Private interment will take place in Upper Hainesville Cemetery, Upper Hainesville, NB at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson Canada.
