1939-2025
It is with heavy hearts our family announces the peaceful passing of Irene Louise Johnston on October 27, 2025 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital
Those left to mourn her loss are her loving children, Eric and Robert Johnston; her siblings Margorie(her late husband Leonard Mercure).
She leaves this world behind to join her parents; Wallace and Irma Banks; her husband, Claude Johnstone and her son, Cedric Johnston. She will be dearly missed by many nieces, newphews and close friends.
As per Irene's request a private Graveside Service will take place at Olivet Cemetery at a later date.
