John Royce Humble

It is with broken hearts that we wish to announce the passing of our dad, John Royce Humble of Upper Kingsclear, NB, husband of the late Joyce (Fultz) Humble on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Hospice Fredericton. Born on April 7, 1945 in Fredericton, NB, he was a son of the late Royce and Laura (Reid) Humble.

John is survived by his daughters, Janyce Aubie (Rick) and Tracy O'Donnell (Jody); grandchildren, Caytlin Tribe (Jason), Dakkota Morgan (Connor), Ben and Jonnie O'Donnell; great grandchildren, Boue, Remington, Eli, Laurali, Daysie, Rolan, Preslee and Weston; sister-in-law, Effie Humble; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his wife and parents, John was predeceased by his sisters, Joyce Forbes (Ray) and Frances Ginson (Fred); brother, Ralph Humble; niece, Nancy Forbes; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

We would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Bouma, Dr. MacDonald and the entire team at Hospice House for the tremendous care Dad received during his stay. We are forever grateful.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Kingswood Resort, 1700 Kingswood Way, Hanwell, NB on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 2-4 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Fredericton (Palliative Care Resource Network Inc.). Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
