Our family loved Terry! A great friend and true servant of Christ. When we were Pastoring in Bathurst Terry would drop in many times unannounced and we would have many cups of tea together. I had the honor of preaching at his Ordination in Flatlands and it was a joy to serve with him as a colleague in ministry. We were so Blessed to know God called him later on to serve at Bayview in Bathurst. Our kids loved him too as they always enjoyed playing road hockey in the church parking lot. Almost 10 years ago our son Matt asked him to come down here to Maine and perform his wedding ceremony with his bride Mallory. We were so glad to visit with him last summer in Fredericton. Terry didn’t always have an easy road and is gone too soon but God’s plan is perfect in every way. Well done faithful servant and we will see you again soon on the other side.

To the family of Rev. Terry.
I remember Rev. Terry with great fondness. He served as minister at our church in Milton, Queens County for 4 years. He was full of fun, always smiling and laughing. He was an inspiration to us all. He was such a Tim Horton's fan!!!!
My sincere sympathy to you all. I'll never forget Terry. He was like one of my children.

Rev Terry Brewer was a good friend and brother in Christ. It was my privilege to know him in the days when he and I were involved in Christian Service Brigade. He took seriously the Lord’s call to enter the Cristian ministry, and faithfully carried out that responsibility, until his work was finished. I’m sure his ministry touched many lives over the years, and now he is with The Lord, who He loved. My condolences to the family and all who mourn Terry’s passing.

On behalf of the Members and Adherents of the Milton Baptist Church, Milton, Queens County, Nova Scotia, it saddens us to hear of the passing of our good friend and former Pastor, the Rev. Terry Brewer. Terry was our Senior Minister from 2015 to 2019. He was always very jovial, kind-hearted and generous with his time. He knew the Bible very well and he shared this knowledge with us during our Bible Studies. He always welcomed children with open arms and the kids loved him in return. He always spoke of his family with love. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to all of Terry's family and we pray that peace will be with you in your time of sorrow. Our love and condolences to you.

Sincere condolences to Terry’s family and friends. I first met Terry when we attended ABC together. After graduation Terry was a welcome guest at our home in Hainesville. I have many fond memories of his practical jokes and his laughter. His love for Jesus shown through in all that he did but especially when he was working with the kids at Green Hill Lake Camp. May you be comforted by many memories but especially by the fact that Terry is now in the presence of Christ.

I want to say how sorry I am to learn of his Homegoing. For many years I watched Terry grow up, I had him in my Sunday School Class and of course watched him in the church. Terry followed his calling and served his Lord well. How comforting to know he is now with the Lord he served. My Deepst Sympathy and prayers for you at this time.

Love and prayers for all of Terry's friends and family.
Debbie and I have so many great memories of time shared with Terry.
Terry was a regular in our home in Keswick, and in Moncton. He would come for tea, snacks, laughs, and was like an uncle to our two girls.
I already miss his laugh, and the fun of telling stories from the swing or rocking chair.
We loved having Terry add joy and laughter to our home.
Terry was a good friend, and I look forward to seeing him again in heaven.

To Elizabeth, Phillip, Andy and Families:
What a beautiful tribute to Terry.
It has been several years since I have seen Terry but remember his laugh, smile and love of God. I still remember going to the old Baptist Church and your Mother arriving each Sunday with her 5 children. Terry from a young age, had the love of God in his heart and I was not surprised that he followed through and became a Minister.
I am sure Terry has lead and comforted many people in his Ministry. Know that your Brother is in Heaven with his precious family members and that he is now at peace.
Sincerely,
Maria Pugh

Terry will be missed. He had the greatest laugh. Told the best stories. Christmas wasn't Christmas until Terry showed up to see what the boys got for Christmas. Secretly we knew it was so he could play with the toys, especially when the boys hit video game era. He was always there when someone needed him to be, either with a chat or a prayer he was there. Terry, your suffering is over. You will be missed. Our sympathy to the family. May you find comfort knowing that he is celebrating with his family in Heaven.

Our friend and pal Terry! So many fun memories!
Almost always arrived to our Keswick home with lemon pie! He even knew where to find the tea bags in the kitchen. In that era he had a great time playing Connect Four with our children! Moving on to our Moncton years, Terry soon became acquainted with our kitchen again and arrived with his own tea bags! He was pleasantly surprised one day with the new deep dish bowls’. “ Now this is an icecream bowl!”” We never knew when we would find Terry in our yard on the swing! He loved to sit there and while swinging he would sing or think! Very often Terry was continual winner in Crib games over Gordon. The guys also finished two rooms in the basement and Terry made fun of Gordon’s safety sandals all the time! I learned that Terry loved baseball and thus a more formal education for me about the Blue Jays began! We had the great fun of visiting Terry in NS! He was a great host! We enjoyed exploring that area of NS with him! These last few years found us visiting him in the summer with our friends Gordon and Debbie Poley where the two Deb’s could easily tease and make him laugh! I recalled us singing with enthusiasm “We love you Terry, deep down in our hearts” He smiled lots! We will miss this jolly fellow but are happy he has eternal peace and rest

I was saddened to hear of Terry's passing. I knew him when he was minister in Milton, Nova Scotia. He was a fine, caring person and I will miss his wisdom, his genuine calling, and his great sense of humor. I had the honor of filling in for him on Sunday mornings when he was on vacation.
I am also happy that his suffering is over and that he is on the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May you be comforted by the Holy Spirit and the memories of Terry that will live on in your hearts.
