Obituary of Marie Ellis McIntyre

The passing of Marie Ellis McIntyre of Fredericton, New Brunswick, occurred on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on November 26, 1952 in Gagetown, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late Charlotte Lucretia and Wardlow Melvin McIntyre. 

Marie is survived by her two sons, Shawn McIntyre (Shannon) and Mark McIntyre (Melanie); grandchildren, Zachary, Avery, Savannah, Nathanel, Migel, MacKenzie, Keisha, Marcus, Elijah and Jeremiah; brother, Carl McIntyre.

A Celebration of Life will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 2 - 4 pm. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the COPD Foundation, Heart & Stroke Foundation, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
