I am sending my deepest sympathy to Brenda’s family at this time of loss. I was so sad to hear of her passing. I had the pleasure of getting to know Brenda when I was appointed as Minister of Justice. Her warm and upbeat personality set a tone for the office that really felt supportive and caring. She was smart and effective. Brenda was great to work with and I so appreciated her help throughout my time in the department. I’m so sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear of Brenda's passing. Sincere Condolence to her family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I remember all the good times we had camping, concerts, travelling throughout NB and NS. I always remember the advice Brenda gave me that she was told by her mom, Lois. "If you are going out at least put some lipstick on" Never forgot that and follow that advise daily. She was a great friend.

Brenda was my 'across the hall' neighbor in my apartment building for several years, before she moved to the 3rd floor. She was also a colleague of mine, working for some time in the same office building. We swapped drives from work, clothes, and many desserts over the years! Also many laughs and a few tears, as we had surgeries quite close together in 2020, both while adjusting to COVID. Her smile was infectious, her laughter contagious and her spirit and joy of life were truly uplifting. I will miss my dear neighbor. My most heartfelt condolences to all her family and friends, she will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sincere condolences to you all with the loss of Brenda. We met and worked together in Fredericton, many years ago now, and spent time outside of work as well. Thoughts of her always brings a smile as we shared laughter, a few adventures - canoeing, organizing the work Christmas party, laying some floor covering at her apartment, camping, sharing meals and meaningful talks - and probably too many late evenings producing reports at work. She loved her family, and pet at the time Gizmo. Her career advancement was well deserved. She was a giving colleague, smiling often, feisty when she needed to be, superb organizer and connector, very intelligent, and set high standards for herself that shone in the quality of her work and service. With sympathy - Lori Warren

My deepest condolences to Brenda's family. We're shared many a laugh while working at Beacon Securities. I was so hoping we could reconnect after the sudden death of my husband this spring, but time ran out here. Shocked and saddened by your early passing love! I'll see you again when we meet on the other side.

Brenda was a wonderful friend. We could talk about anything and had lots of common interests. We shared day trips, weekend getaways, taking pictures, beautiful beaches, wine with friends and of course campfires. One evening soon we will gather to honour Brenda with a camp fire with toasted marshmallows and s’mores, just the way she liked it! You will be missed by so many!

Brenda was my right hand at the Department of Justice . I had the honour of working with her from 2016-2020. She cared about the issues, about keeping me on track and focussed ( sometimes with a granola bar and/ or a joke ), and about the folks with whom she worked.
She spoke often about her family and I was glad that she had your support and love. I send you my deep condolences. Karen

Brenda was an amazing, caring and kind person. We met over food and wine and always enjoyed outings that involved these things.
She never hesitated to do anything for anyone and if you needed a gift for someone, she always had a suggestion.
Brenda, I will miss you and think of you always.
My condolences to the Campion family.

To the Campion family:
My deepest condolences to all of you on the passing of such a kind, generous and always thoughtful person. It was easy to see how much Brenda loved and cherished her family. I always loved how she would say she was a grand aunt instead of great aunt. Brenda has been a wonderful friend and support for me over the years. We went on road trips and weekends away always having lots of great laughs. She was even able to talk me into shopping at times which was quite a feat. We both loved the ocean, the smell of the ocean air and listening to the waves hitting the shoreline, she was a peace just like me when we were close to the water's edge. There are no words to describe how much I miss her each and every day. Rest in peace my beautiful friend.

The world has lost a beautiful soul with Brenda's passing. She was a wonderful friend and support to my Mom when she was sick and without hesitation, my Mom helped care for Brenda in her final months. My Mom spoke of the many adventures of travelling through Nova Scotia and New Brunswick with Brenda and the laughs they shared. My deepest condolences to Brenda's family.
May you find comfort knowing she now rests peacefully in God's loving embrace.
