Obituary of Linda Lou Walker

The passing of Linda Walker of Fredericton, NB, wife of Linwood Walker, occurred on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born on November 17, 1940 in Green Mountain, NB, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Dorothy (Foster) Boone.  Linda worked as an executive assistant with the Department of Justice

Besides her husband Linwood, she is survived by her, daughter Faith O'Donnell (Rick); sons James MacDonald (Arlene Basker) and Tony Walker (Kathryn); sisters, Marlene Murray and Sylvia Graham (Glen); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Gail Boone; brothers, Fred Jr and Vaughn Boone.

A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 2 pm to 4 pm.  For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Fredericton S.P.C.A.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
