Harold is a very special man. devoted to his family from day one. I worked with Harold for many years and my greatest memory is when we were on the crew taking out the Regent St warf, when a river eel fell from one of the removed pieces onto the grass, well I couldn't resist, I picked the eel up and ended up chasing Harry with it, we all laughed about it later on. God Bless you.

Dear Rowena, We are so sorry to read about the death of your husband. You may not remember us, but your mother, Grace, looked after our oldest son when he was a baby. Many, many changes in our collective lives since then. Sincere condolences...

Dear Rowena, I am saddened to read of Harold's passing. Although our paths haven't crossed for awhile, I remember when we worked together many years ago, you and Harold were dating and then I remember attending your beautiful wedding. Now your children are grown with children of their own. I hope your many wonderful memories of Harold will bring you comfort at this difficult time and in the years ahead. Sending love and my sincere condolences . Wendy

We first met Harold in Keswick Ridge when him and Wayne Mayo played a joke on us that we will never forget! One of those stories that remains precious to us. He also came to fix our pipes that had burst with the cold winter. Harold had this gentle smile that warmed the room.
Then we moved to Marysville. We lived across from the gas station. We often would run into Harold having his coffee.
Sharing in your sadness, but also rejoicing in his eternal life❤️

Our deepest sympathy to you Rowena, and your family on the loss of Harold. We were saddened to read his obituary at such a young age.
I first met Harold when he worked at Youngs Hardware store. Harold would always meet you with a welcoming smile and assist finding what you needed, whether the item was in the basement or attic.
Later Harold became a valued member of the Parks and Trees Department of the City of Fredericton. Harold was an excellent worker whom all staff members looked upon as a role model.
Harold will be missed.

Rowena and family, I am so sorry that Harold had to walk his difficult journey to his resting place, but he will be greatly valued in the great beyond as he was greatly valued here on earth. Harold was such a gentleman and support for me and all those who worked for the development of trails in the city of Fredericton . He never missed a meeting of the Fredericton Trails Coalition and we always saw and felt his unwavering vision for this great gift to Frederictonians and visitors to our city. Such a beautiful gift to all who met him as well as his family and friends . Patty Trail

Dear Rowena, Andrew, Joanna and grandchildren and extended family.
We send our loving sympathies at your loss of Harold. We have always considered him one of our most loved friends and brother in Christ.. Time and distance met we haven't seen him for a while yet missed him and thought of him often. We fondly remember the year he spent at Ranger school when he would be pulling a long night of study. We kept the coffee fresh and he knew he could come anytime for a wake-up cup or two. When he went to Bergen he let me baby sit his motorcycle. So many more great memories there are. We regret we can't make the service due to my own illness. We are praying for you. With love Hal and Barb Babcock
